The purpose of this course is to achieve a general knowledge about the current maritime law.
We start with a broad concept of maritime law. For this reason, throughout the program we find issues of public law (areas of navigation and administrative management) and private law.
The theoretical teaching is complemented by practical and seminar work will focus on those aspects that sound generate more litigation.
